The command allows for the automatic detection of the communication mode with the tachograph for the purpose of downloading DDD files.
The command applies to terminals equipped with the CAN module version 3.X.X. It is recommended to use this command when the terminal reports that the remote file download function is disabled in the tachograph. There is a high likelihood that the function is enabled, but communication with the tachograph needs to occur on a different address. This is precisely the purpose of invoking TACHOSCAN.
If the scan ends with the response $ER:TACHOREQ=13, it means that no suitable communication mode was found for connecting to the tachograph to download DDD files. Please check if the remote download function is definitely enabled in the tachograph.
